Mom do cats hike their leg when they have babies...???

Well I am going backwards a few weeks but I couldn't miss out on telling about our kitten story. We have had this stray cat for a few months that my son and his "long time" friend have joint custody of. But like most things around our house this cat became my responsibility. They named her Prissy. So Prissy had "prissed" a litttle too much a few months ago and found herself pregnant. Me, well I wasn't happy about it at all, but my children and their friends were so excited. I never paid much attention to the cat since I really didin't want to have kittens running around (Been there done that). One day after grocery shopping we returned home and like every time we left Andrew would run in to see if Prissy had had the kittens. Well on this particular day he came running out and with a very worried look on his face and said, "Mom, do cats hike their legs when they have babies?" Being the "attentive" mom that I am totally ignored him until again he said, "Mom, Prissy is pooping out a black cat." I then went in to "mom mode" and made Prissy as comfortable as a cat can be considering she was giving birth to 5 kittens and with NO epidural. OH MY!! LOL!! :)

That's hilarious! I remember the first time my kids discovered that cats "poop out kitties". lol Your cat is all kinds of awesome...birthing five babies WITHOUT an epidural! You go girl!
I'm following you on Twitter and your blog as well. It's so great to meet you. Have a great day!
